Today's farmer's market here in St. Paul (MN) was a kaleidoscope of colors. I came home with a basket of tomatoes, bundles of swiss chard, dill, parsley, eggplant, basil, garlic and purple peppers. I am looking for a recipe for a tomato-swiss chard quiche. Any recommendations from SE readers?
