making your own cheese?
Does anyone make homemade cheese? I found a book the other day with instructions/recipes for making your own cheese and I think I'd like to try it out. Mozzarella seems like it would be the most useful for me, though it also has instructions for goat cheese, cream cheese, buttermilk, sour cream...
