Flatiron / FIT area lunch suggestions?

Working in the nabe (25th bet 6th and bway) for about 2 weeks, was wondering if any serious NY eaters could give me some suggestions. NOT gonna go stand in line at Shake Shack. I'm open for anything, will even consider fancy and time consuming, but mostly looking for cheap, quick and clean. I eat anything ethnic too, not squeamish or picky... I would love to hear your suggestions!

rickshaw dumplings, new york burger, and the taco place on 23rd street {three doors to the west on the southwest corner, have the pork tacos or the huaraches}, and eisenberg sandwich are all places where i go for a quick cheap bite, since i have a therapy practice in the same neighborhood. more expensively, there is also city bakery on 18th, mesa on 5th avenue, punch, and maoz falafel on union square east. very nice in the neighborhood: craftbar, bar stuzzichini, keen's on 35th. a bit of a walk, but totally worth it are any of the korean joints on 32nd. i'm partial to woorijip's steam table.

I'd add Hill Country and Tabla's Bread Bar or new lunch cart.

rickshaw dumplings, whole foods, wichcraft, mozzarelli's, via emilia

Rickshaw dumpling is a rip-off! If you don't mind a bit of a trek, Rainbow Falafel on 18th between Broadway and Fifth is cheap, fresh, and insanely good. Sandwiches are $3.50, combos are $4.50. Also, Spoon on 20th between 5th and 6th has amazing soups, a large is $4.50 w/bread, made fresh daily. Mafei pizzeria on 22nd and 6th has fine, flavorful slices at a good price...

Thanks for the tips, all. I will be here for 2 weeks, and I will def. try a few of these out. Most intrigued by the tabla lunch offerings, has anyone tried those wraps that SE posted about a while back?

Walk down to Pipa on 19th street for the Tapa's. It's actually much better for after work sangria and tapa's, but good enough for lunch.

I'd second Eisenberg's!!! Looove that place! Please go support!
I love the fried bologna sandwich on rye.

The Calexico cart is now in the neighborhood! Just walked past, the guys gave me a postcard with the menu on it. It's their very first day on that corner. They confirmed they were the same ones that are in Soho.

Four kinds of burritos for $6-8 (carne asada, pollo asada, chipotle pork, black bean) and a list of $1-2 sides (guacamole, chips, rice, crema, salsa, pico de gallo, beans). Looks like the menu is much smaller than what's listed online (no tacos or quesadillas).

The cart is on 25th Street, in front of the Bank of America, just past the northeast corner of the intersection (with Park). Look for the yellow cart and guys in blue t-shirts.

Eisenberg's used to make the BEST BLT, but in the past 2-3 years, it has gone significantly downhill.

I want to love Calexico, I really do...but the cart food is really quite poor. I keep hoping for a burrito place in NY that will prove me, a San Franciscan, wrong about our oft-repeated snobbery about lack of good burritos here, but Calexico sure isn't the answer.
