I had the misfortune to eat lunch at Island Mermaid last Friday . The service was abominable and my Cobb Salad contained less than an ounce of protein. It took 20 minutes to get a drink and 40-45 to get my salad. I wanted to return it but didn't want to wait any longer. When the check came, I paid with cash. After waiting 20 minutes for my change, I had to flag another server down for her to locate mine. Never again!
