I've heard of people developing reactions when they've overdone it with a certain food. A friend's mom went crazy over strawberries and has had to avoid them for several years after developing a rash. Now she's reintroducing them slowly and it's OK.
Just goes to support the idea that we should be eating a variety of foods. I'm mildly surprised that a naturopath would advise you to feed your daughter the same breakfast everyday.

my sister only had blueberries once and that happened to her, she also had lots of swelling and hives.

sometimes the body is just cleansing itself of many impurities it has accumulated over the years... naturopaths, particularly those who see inside your eye's iris, can see latent illnesses and thh skin is definitely an excretory organ, that helps eliminate many impurities.
check again with your naturopath, what might seem is an allergy may possibly be a purging/healing process that one needs to allow run its course...

I do know one person who is allergic to blueberries, another to bananas, so unusual allergies are possible.
However, I once 'made' myself allergic to dairy with similar side effects (hives) after over-doing it by getting into a rut with my breakfasts and lunches during a busy time at work. I gave it up almost entirely, except in small amounts in baked goods, and have since added it back, again in small amounts and actually feel much better eating less dairy.
But what really concerns me is that your daughter is 9--I'm a grown woman, and can tinker with my diet as I choose, but why are you taking a child to a naturopath and not a pediatrician? I don't mean to judge, but you might want to get his or her opinon of your child's allergy.
