Banh Mi in the West Village/Tribeca?
Here's a very specific challenge for you serious NYeaters. I'm looking for a good banh mi spot in the South West Village, or in Northern Tribeca. Bonus points for someplace that's within a 10 minute walk of the Saatchi and Saatchi building or Film Forum. Thanks!

I'm not sure abotu Bahn Mi in West Village, but the best I have had is on E. 2nd and Ave A. Nicky's... it's delicious!

I can't vouch for their banh mi, but it looks like Viet Cafe might meet your criteria.

It's a little out of your specified zone but they have delicious Bahn Mi at the sandwich adjunct to Mangez Avec Moi on West Broadway between Murray and Warren in Tribeca. Admittedly, I am not an expert but my wife and I think they're excellent.
