Arepas in Philly?
I ate my first arepa {mozzarella sandwiched between two warm corn cakes} a couple weekends ago in Soho. Now I'm back in Philly and want another one, or ten! I have no idea where I can find them since this city doesn't seem to be big on hole in the wall-type Mexican/South American restaurants.

Not a clue... but when you find one, let me know, it sounds good. I'm a Philly girl too.

Make it. How hard could corn cakes and some good mozza be. Cheese shops are all over Philly. Get a recipe and let us know how it goes.

Sazon is excellent. I went there because of the mention on Serious Eats, and I went back again. I've been to Venezuela several times, and this is the real stuff that you'll find in Caracas. Incredible asado negro. Plus, they specialize in chocolate desserts, hot drinks, and truffles. Very friendly service.
