hi guys, i just went to emerils site to find a reciepe for simple sugar. because i CAN'T find the orriginal reciepe for watermelon sorbet,please send me a reciepe for simple sugar,thanks,soon,pammy

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved and the cool to room temperature. That is the way I make it.

I made blueberry sorbet yesterday and the recipe called for 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.
