Split-top Hot Dog Buns: Found!
For those who were looking for the split-top hot dog buns in a previous thread, I spotted them at a north Toledo Kroger this evening. They're labeled as Kroger-brand "New England Style Coney Roll" and come 8 to a package.

@islandexile - ^5! Thanks to Alaina for fixing the typo.
I've had the split top rolls which were nice but I nearly always get Martin's Potato Rolls for burgers and dogs.

Damn! Ohio wants to turn every hot dog into a coney! (and I mean their version of a coney with what they call chili and and a pound and a half of cheese)
I would love to find split top hot dog buns in the Cincinnati area. I am from New England and I need them to make lobstah rolls! (hee, hee)

I AM NOT SURE IF THESE ARE REGIONAL BRANDS OR NOT, BUT WHERE I LIVE (IN NJ), PEPPERIDGE FARM AND I THINK ALSO ARNOLD BOTH MAKE SPLIT TOP ROLLS.

Thanks! I've been searching NE Ohio and can't find these anywhere! I will check Kroger and Whole Foods when I go to Columbus next week, these are by far my favorite buns.
And hey Saywhat, be nice to our coneys please! I think most of them are quite tasty. I don't get cheese on mine either.
