Peter Reinhart speaking at Authors@Google
Peter Reinhart (http://peterreinhart.typepad.com) is one of my most favorite authors and authorities on bread. So I was really happy to see that he made it to the Authors@Google program, which is usually shared then on YouTube.
It's an hour long but really interesting to listen to.
