Luther Burger in NY?
Hi again - is there any place in NY where one could get a Luther Burger (the infamous combo Krispy Kreme + burger)?
We have read a lot about it over here in Europe, but we are wondering if there is any restaurant or snack that serves it on a daily basis.
If not, is there a place where you could get it as a "special order"?

I don't know if we've sunk that low! I think the donut burger is the kind of thing you eat in the privacy (or shame) of your own house. Legend has it that the donut burger was born of Luther Vandross's desire for a burger and lack of conventional sandwich buns.
