Does anyone have a recipe for ground turkey burgers that includes minced granny smith applies?

you could make some really good simple burgers out of that, just add some spices and such

ps make sure tho if it's ground turkey breast you will want to add a little fat like some eggs so it doesn't fall apart

Thanks! I was thinking of using a light Chipotle seasoning, minced shallots, minced granny smith apples (for moisture and sweetness) salt, pepper and perhaps a slice of white bread soaked in milk. Mix everything, form into patties, lightly flour the patties and fly in a lightly oiled skillet. Do you think that to be a good recipe for ground turkey. I haven't used ground turkey in patties before....
