canning beets

hey guys,thanks for all your input on my sorbet recipes, is there a web site for canning? I need to do beets and I don't have a clue. I did can them some 20 years ago and I can't remember to save my soul.I'm not that good with the computer but I can get here and enjoy this site,also does anyone khow about a recipe for piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiickled cucumber rnd.I know you have to have cukes that have turned large to yellow,and has alot of sugar and mustard,cummin,etc,let me know,thanks,Pammy
