You have to check this out - Micro Evaporator
I want to start off by saying, I hope the link works...My BF pointed out this new Crazy Kitchen Toy .What would you do with it?? What would you put in and then subsequently make?? The possibilities are ENDLESS. I don't think I'd know where to begin...

Yea for me! It worked. My mind is swimming with possibilities. I know I will not own one as it's $3000.00. But still it's nice to imagine...My mind went to Ice Creams before I even read that in the article. This would bring on a world like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. :)

Wow, I've used fractional distillation in chem before, beut I've never thought of this option.
If you have a basic chem book, and make $100 worth of glassware, you can make this.

@jenilowrance...........if you make bacon syrup, I will come, bearing pancakes and waffles and french toast and croques (his and hers) and crepes and .....

I will come too. We could have the pancakes taste like sausage if we had the contraption. All bases would be covered.
Omelettes...Mmmm. All the taste, with not as much calories since it's a concentrated syrup. Bring on the bacon/sausage syrup flavored eggs.
Gum would never be the same.
