menu pages has a search feature for this - in manhattan seems like theres: southern hospitality, dive bar, broadway dive, hooters, borough food and drink, maxies bar and grill, rodeo bar, mara's homemade.... i can't vouch for if any of them are GOOD, but they're on the menu!

i like the ones at brother jimmys but then again my judgement could be off because i usually eat them when im drunk
