I came across a cheap bottle of saffron threads at Trader Joe's so I bought it. I have always been intrigued by saffron but don't know how to use it. What's a good starter dish for a saffron newbie?

Also, it's called "Spanish saffron"...does that indicate any difference that should be noted when cooking with it?
