The last meal you cooked for friends?

Just wondering how many Serious Eaters enjoy entertaining, and what you like to cook when you do? What's the last meal you made for guests?

We had 2 friends over for dinner last week, and we made steak in a Korean barbeque-style marinade, with a cellophane noodle and veggie salad tossed with a chili-lime dressing, and spicy stir-fried veggies. Dessert was chocolate-Nutella mousse.
