Has anyone ever heard of a "doughboy"? No, not THAT doughboy :-)

A few years back I ate something called a "doughboy" in Saratoga Springs, NY. It was a little bread pocket filled with cream cheese, chicken, and scallions (I think). I have searched for a recipe online but I found nothing. Has anyone heard of this? Any recipe suggestions? Thanks a bunch!
