Cool menus to save electricity
Please share recipes for healthy menus of raw and/or just warmed up (like 3 minutes or less in the microwave) meals, i.e.,
~melted cheese on Ezekial 4:9 bread (3/4 min)
~zucchini slices w/spray butter and no-salt seasoning (2 1/4 min)
~grape tomatoes, black olives, garbanzos, diced veggies (celery, onion, bell pepper, carrots) marinated in frig with canned dilled green beans
~leaf lettuce rolls with veggie sour cream centers
To get it started, here's a Produce Wash:
Mix 1 cup apple cider vinegar and a small scoop (or about 6 Tablespoons) each of baking soda and salt in approximately 2 gallons of pure very warm water. Rinse produce under running tap water, prepare as needed (cut off tops, etc.) and swish well for at least 30 seconds in water mixture. Finally, rinse with pure cold water. TY/dm
