Looks cool, but we'll see how long he keeps it up. It often seems to be the case that many chefs start blogs but don't often keep on blogging.

I watched the first two videos - the entire thing seems more like a vehicle for corporate sponsors instead of an actual blog. Sad. I would have loved to read something from Eric Ripert that didn't read "corporate shill."

Adam - another post went up today - back to basics with salt and pepper 101
i realized have been under-seasoning until now, i always wondered why my fish always tasted bland...duh
i'm a salt/pepper coating convert now
