Local Taste Test
For my graduate thesis project, I'm interested in performing a taste test between local, non-local, organic and non-organic foods available in Seattle, WA. A recent search led me to this website. I want to know what qualities people look for when 'tasting' foods. I saw that a taste test was conducted a few years ago comparing organic and non-organic. I'd like to know more about the methodology of the taste test. What worked and what didn't work in this analysis. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
