You're still not going to get me to eat/drink durian. =)

=)
Each time I hear about Durian I think about the Bizarre Foods / No Reservations episodes. Bourdain loves it and Zimmern hates it.
Zimmern made me NEVER want to try Durian. Bourdain actually made me WANT to try Durian. Although I tried it in a blended fruit drink, it wasn't that bad! I could smell it and taste that unique flavour but I would try it again.

mmmm. . . durian. my (white) dad used to make my (asian) mom and I eat it on the porch. I'll have to see if he turns out more wrinkly than my mom.

I'll take the wrinkles, thanks! :-)
Really want to like the fruit...just can't, no matter how often I try.

If it's from the "beauty news" section, why does the URL lead to a corporate cosmetics website?

Think you can get the anti-wrinkle benefits from eating durian ice cream?
If so, I'm set.

we had durian pastries at a chinese restaurant a few back and i was kind of disappointed...all i could taste was the custard, and the buttery flaky crust...which, yes, were delicious, but where was the durian?
