Contest winniers, where are ya?
Okay, this has been brought up a couple times, in a couple of variations, but I've got to say that it would be nice to have one place to look for all the contest winners. For one thing, it would be nice to be able to congratulate the winners, but also to ask them how they liked a particular book or what recipes they might have tried.
Sure, you could look to the end of those threads and see the names, but sometimes those are waaaaay far back, and it slips one's mind.
And then there were the Haagen Daz winners. I'm curious which comments you thought were interesting that particular week. I've checked back to see if the winners were posted anywhere, but I never found anything.
And to be brutally honest, part of it is selfishness on my part. I want to check to see if perhaps I won something. Yes, you'd email the winners, but with my luck, your email would get eaten by my spam filter, or that would be the day the server burps and there goes the notification.
So how about it? A new category for the winners. Nothing fancy, no fanfare and confetti, just a simple listing of the contest and the winners.

Very cool. I like it. Here's the working link to the Contest Winners (I owe you AB for the personal reply the other day -- thx) but as dbecurrie points out it can be accessed by going to the "About" section (upper right corner of this page) under the "Contests" heading. :)
