I'm assuming you have a dough recipe or are using something store-bought. Here's the recipe:
1 can black beans
1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo
juice of 1 lime
2 cloves garlic
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (or same amount Mexican Queso Fresco, crumbled)
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1 bunch chives, ripped or snipped into 1-inch long pieces
1 cup cilantro leaves (loosely packed)
Blend the beans, chipotle pepper, lime and garlic in a food processor until it takes on the consistency of hummus (this will be your "sauce"). Spread it over the rolled dough in a thin layer. Top with the cheese, then the scallions, then the chives. Broil until everything is melty and brown. Remove from oven and top top with the cilantro leaves.

never done this... but you're giving me some ideas. This is what I would do:
1- buy or get some pizza dough - whole wheat prefereably in my book
2 - use salsa as the sauce
3 - top with any of your favorite fixins from a seven layer dip - like tomatoes, onions, peppers, black olives, scallions, etc.
4- Put some of those mexican shredded cheese mixtures on top, maybe even some cream cheese spread at the very bottom... or if you're into refried beans...
5- Bake in the oven
6- When it comes out, dollop with sour cream...
Enjoy... if you try it, let me know how it turns out... I may try it out myself.
