Merguez
I bought some merguez (not in casing - just the meat) from my local farmer's market. I am really excited about it -- but what should I do with it? Recipes? Suggestions? Thanks!

I just recently bought some Merguez and am now in love with it. I browned the sausage in a pan with a bunch of thinly sliced green onions, then added some pine nuts and raisins. Then I stuffed all of that into wonton wrappers and steamed them. For dipping, I made a sauce by blending 1/2 cup greek yogurt, mint leaves from 5 - 6 sprigs, 2 garlic cloves and a pinch of salt.
They were pretty darn tasty!

It's a spicy lamb sausage. It's awesome!
I actually wasn't going to post that dumpling recipe to my blog, but then when I was replying, I remembered how good they were, so here's the post.
