Haven't seen anything on Serious Eats from Chef Mario since (I think) his Valentine's Day post. Please let 'The Man' know he's missed.

Thanks Ed. I feel Mario's one of those chefs who's meant for the camera anyway. Even the Mafioso-style scenes with him and Bourdain at the end of the "No Reservation" New Jersey episode are priceless.
