Whole-Wheat Phyllo Dough - Where can I find it??
I have been meaning to make several recipes using phyllo dough, but I would really prefer using a whole-wheat or any whole-grain version. I've seen recipes on the Internet that call for whole-wheat phyllo, but when I search, I can't find any brands. Do you know any brands of whole wheat phyllo and if I can purchase them over the Internet?? Please help.

I've never heard or seen them - I'm interested though! It would be great for a salmon dish I use phyllo in!

Yes, it's from the fillo factory

My Whole Foods Market carries it. I think you can check the Fillo Factory website to see where you can find it near you.

I have never seen a whole wheat version of phyllo dough. In any case, I find it tough to classify any pastry made with phyllo "healthy" due to the copious amounts of butter. I know you can either be very sparing with it or use oil but it's just not the same. I'd try WW phyllo if I ever saw it just to check it out.

I wouldn't be interested in it for the health benefits but for the flavor...I bet it would taste fantastic with certain recipes
