My family has never really been big on Easter dinner, but this year I'm feeling festive. I usually hate spring and summer here in L.A., but spring has hit so earlier I feel myself warming up to it. It's beautiful here lately! Anyhow, I'd like to make my parents their first, official Easter dinner. I've seen a lot of posts recently that were Easter related, so I thought I'd throw my hat into the ring. I can find recipes fine on my own, I'm just look for food suggestions from all of you. What does the classic Easter dinner entail? What combination of dishes can comfortably be made by just one cook under a budget?
