New Cook's Illustrated test recipe - chicken breasts
Has anyone else received and/or tried the latest Cook's Illustrated test recipe? The one for the chicken breasts with the apricot-mustard glaze? Thanks to our burst of warm weather here in NY, I fired up the grill and tried it tonight. It was really delicious!

I have not made the chicken yet, but I made the pizza bianca over the weekend. It was delicious.

I made both the Chicken with apricot-mustard glaze and the pizza bianca over the weekend. They were both delicious!
I liked the chicken more than I thought I would...I'm not a big mustard fan. The recipe made about a cup more glaze than I needed for the chicken.

I got the chicken recipe, but haven't made it yet. I do have chicken thawing in the fridge, so if we don't get the freezing rain they are calling for tonight, I'll be firing up the grill.
Never got to the pizza bianca recipe before going camping....but I do still intend to at least try it.
