I got to ask Tony Bourdain a question!
As part of the Florida Film Festival, AB was here this weekend for their foodie portion of the festival. I was lucky enough to get to hear him talk at the Enzian theater in a sort of round table q&A with the audience. I was only about 15 feet from him the entire discussion and can affirm that he will continue on with the golden clog awards next year with "real gold clogs, corporate sponsers, and shit".
This made me wonder, if you could ask any famous chef/cook, etc. a question, what would it be and why?

Is 'Hey Tony, will you marry me?' appropriate? ;)

I used to love (and by used to I mean four or five months ago) Anthony Bourdain. I suppose I would ask him why he's allowed himself to become a parody of himself- if that makes any sense. It's kind of like, "Alright, we get it, you're the 'bad boy'."

@ jcrisco - I'm so jealous you were able to score tickets to the Q&A forum at the Enzian. I was third in line and waited for four hours to see him during the book signing at Borders in WP.
So I've dreamt of meeting him ever since I became a fan...and when it actually happened I was just a complete, bumbling mess. *slaps forehead*. I give Adam Roberts (www.amateurgourmet.com) credit for his impromptu interview skills during the South Beach F&W fest...

I'd ask Vatel "Where's the Beef?"
