Interesting...in the last week, I've gone through 2 bunches of asparagus. At first I wasn't going to buy it, as it's not local--then I realized that it's my body's way of saying, "I'm craving SPRING!" so I went for them. Stunning. From Peru, iirc.

Well, there are comfort foods, like risotto and oatmeal, that make me feel better.
And then there's out-of-season produce and salads, which I have been craving (and consuming) like mad lately.

I've been eating (non-local) peaches and nectarines lately. The change in pace is definitely a positive thing for me.
