Gourmet marshamallows & homemade ones like a recent Matcha flavored one over on the Coconut & Lime blog are a melt-in-your-mouth treat for me. Locally, a chocolatier makes cinnamon & raspberry ones which I've added to hot chocolate. Of course, I like s'mores, Rice Krispie Treats & roasted over a campfire until gooey & crispy but not rocky road or Fluff. What are your uses for the marshmallow? Anyone attempted homemade ones---hints for success?
