Does the public have a right to know when the government is putting hormones into cows to make them lactate more? Is it ethical?

Research proves that this hormone enters the body of all who drink it and young girls are experiencing physically anomalies and menstrual cycles under 10 years of age and full breast development at the same time.

Does the public have the right to know so they can make choices?
