Ed's Truffled Popcorn
I also made popcorn with white truffle oil for the Superbowl. It was so delicious, none of us could stop eating it! It made me think flavoring your own popcorn would be a great way to do an easy snack for a party or anytime. I'm thinking of trying sage popcorn, and curry popcorn. What are some good ideas for other popcorn flavors?

One time I accidentally made butter instead of whipped cream - so of course I kept it! That evening I made popcorn and topped it with sea salt and this fresh butter...happiness in a bowl!

BBQ spices. I kid you not, a bit of olive oil and either your own rub (preferable) or a store bought one. To DIE for.
