Delicious healthy overnight cinnamon bun recipe?

OK, an oxymoron, but does anyone know of a delicious healthy overnight cinnamon bun recipe that doesn't use fake sweeteners or special flours? We want to eat healthy, but not artificial.

Could you define "healthy"? Because there's not much way around having a fair bit of sugar in cinnamon buns. Other natural sweeteners all either don't have the correct chemical properties, alter the flavor significantly, or both.

Healthy is eating in moderation. Go ahead and make the cinnamon buns using butter, sugar, the works BUT make them smaller than usual and don't let the whole batch sit around. Everyone gets one then freeze the rest (or freeze before baking) or give them away. And when you eat it--think about what you are eating and ENJOY it!

My favorite food blogger Orangette (aka Molly Wizenberg) has a recipe for overnight cinnamon rolls in the March issue of Bon Appetit:

Let us know how they turn out!

Here's a great no-knead sticky bun recipe from another food blogger, Jaden of Jaden's Steamy Kitchen:

Depends on your version of "healthy." My version of heathy is to eat whatever I want, whenever I want, but in moderation.

But if you want to make your rolls a little heathier, you can take any standard recipe and substitute ingredients a bit. I'd suggest making only one change at a time, though. Easiest would probably be to use white whole wheat flour for some of the regular flour. You could also cut back on the topping, if the recipe has one. Use half as much. Nuts, depending on whether you consider them healthy or not, could easily be added or subtracted from the recipe without it blowing up on you.
