crispy chinese noodles
i would like a reciepe for the crunchy noodles that you get in a bowl for dipping at chinese restaurants,I thought some had told me you can fry down or bake wonton wrappers or was it egg roll wrappers,does anyone know?

You can cut won ton wrappers or egg roll wrappers up and fry them.

i recently made dumplings and had to trim the skins once i folded them. threw the trimmings in some oil in a skillet and came out with a great snack to enjoy as i finished cooking.. here's the before and after pics:
