I admit to both. However, I do try to maintain constructive & positive words. The best comment cards I have come across ask specifics about that particular visit & provide multiple lines to share your thoughts which are then directed to appropriate people, like the president of the company or restaurant owner. Of course, when there's an incentive involved like a complimentary dessert or appetizer...I'm an eager to speak yays & nays! How often do you take the time to "share your thoughts" with eating establishments? Have they followed-up on your comments?
