What summer foods are you cravin'?

Here in the Midwest, it's a cold, snowy January day. My mouth wants a juicy, sweet peach. I wanna walk to the ice cream shop for a double-dip lemon custard cone. Not gonna happen when it's 24 degrees. What "summer season" food & beverages would you like a taste of today?
