New Serious Eats pics are delicious looking!

The new food porn pics all over the blog are delicious looking. Who is taking them and where is all that great stuff coming from?

I noticed the headers and borders (ha, ha almost wrote "siders" which sounds like "sliders") too. Very va va voom.

Of course I prefer the words "food erotica" to "food porn". Adds a bit of well . . . nevermind.

I must have been tired when looking at that ketchup photo yesterday though because somehow I thought it was some sort of little plum dessert. :)

Hey JerzeeTomato, I took the photos! I'm so glad you like them! ...Because now I feel totally justified in lugging my camera every and taking photos of EVERYTHING at most other people's amusement ("Oh, Robyn is taking her camera out again, ha ha"). I could tell you where the photos are from if you're curious enough. :)

I keep running across your photos in lots of categories on Flickr, Robyn.

They are impressive.

I am always interested in the where and the what. Robyn maybe you need to keep us up on those too.
OMG the bread!

@Karen: Thanks! I guess out of 16,000 photos a few are bound to not suck. WOOHOO!!!

@JerzeeTomato: The flatbread is from Grandaisy Bakery. It's one of those things I tell people they have to eat when they're in NYC...I mean, it's $1 for a slab of AWESOME, why would anyone not want that? ;)

The ketchup is from In-N-Out. Oh god they made a tasty burger...

The big macarons are from Bouchon Bakery. I don't like them very much, but they look pretty.

The top banner with the pizza boxes is from Norway. My friend worked at a local pizza chain called Dolly Dimple's so we got to look around the kitchen and whatnot.

The other top banner with the macarons is from Lenotre in Paris. They were okay. I mean, much better than most of what you'd find here, but not "holy crap this is amazing."

The last top banner of nectarines is from a farmer's market in Ridgewood, near where I live.

The right banner with the wine glasses is from a meal I had at a winery in St. Emilion. It was a group lunch with people from my school, hence the gazillion place settings. ;)

The other right banner with the coffee is from Les Deux Magots in Paris. My friend and I wanted to go there for the hell of it, but I wouldn't say it was very memorable. Except for this old woman we spotted inside wearing stylish, huge-ass sunglasses...

The last right banner (I think?) with the baguettes was when I visited the Ferrandi culinary school in Paris. I got to see a baking class where they had SHIZZLOADS OF BAGUETTES made by the students, just sitting there. They let me take one home, haha.

Anyhoo, I think that's it. ;)

This is really strange, but when I saw those ketchup cups in your photo, I IMMEDIATELY thought of In-N-Out! How crazy is that? And I have to add my two cents and tell you I am in love with the baguette photo you took. Beautiful work!

Yes! Great job. They are gorgeous!!

The food porn pics are great. However, my fav Robyn shots are the jumping people shots! LOL!
