Cooking school recommendations please
I am going to have about a month off in August/September after graduating law school and taking the bar. I'm thinking I'd like to go to cooking school. I've found one-week programs and three month programs but nothing in the middle. I'm willing to travel to anywhere for the program. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
