What to do with a handful of lentils.

I have like a Ziploc snack bag full of cooked lentils and I don't know what to do with them. It's getting near the end of the semester, so my supplies are short. Any ideas for a quick side dish?

I believe I'd fry up a hunk or two of bacon, add some chopped onion, celery maybe, and some garlic. Add the beans and some water or broth.....you got some good eats!

I made samosas the other day that called for 1/3 cup of lentils...

My first thought was to saute them with some onion/garlic, and eat them over some pasta, but now I think 1stmakearoux's idea is better.

My first thought was soup...I love lentil soup...
