If you had an ice cream made for yourself, what would it be?

Candy bars, cookies...let's move onto ice cream flavor creations! I'm going holiday-time on my flavor. "Gingerbread Swirl" would be a sweet cream ice cream, chunks of gingersnaps & a cinnamon-sugar swirl. What ice cream flavor would you create for yourself? Would the ingredients reveal your personality?
