Last minute dinner party!
New Years Eve is suddenly happening at my apartment, including dinner for 15 or so people. It's going to be a potluck, but as the hostess I feel like I should have a couple of good things ready for everybody. (some appetizers and a main dish maybe?) Anybody got any good ideas for easy dishes that can feed a lot of hungry mouths? I don't want to end up just making my fall-back standards, since the night feels kind of special. :)
