Christmas dinner sides?
I'm making a roast duck and can't decide what to make with it. Any suggestions?

Make one thing sweet. Brandied gingered baby carrots or escalloped apples, sweet potatoes something sweet.
For the other side make a veg of your choice something that you like and that will frame the duck and not fight it.

What about brussel sprouts? I've seen many recipes that dress them up nicely - although I am a fan of them plain and simple with butter and S&P!

Be sure to use the fat for some roast potatoes!
