bourbon glaze for ham
I have an untried recipe for 3/4 cup bourbon, 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 brown sugar, and 1 T grated onion. Does anyone have any tried and true recipes for a bourbon glaze for ham?

You have leftover bourbon lying around your house?!
How does that happen?

MANY years ago I came across a recipe for a glaze made from honey, brown sugar and Jack Daniels. Oh no wait..the JD had nothing to do with the ham now that I think of it.....
