PrintWhere to eat in Eastern TN?
Will be staying in Sevierville, TN but am willing to drive ~40 miles in any direction. Definitely will be hitting up the infamous Ridgewood BBQ in Bluff City but aside from that i'm coming up short on recommendations.
Any help will be much appreciated and documented :)

Go to the Blackberry Farm in Walland. I'm not positive if they take outside dinner reservations from non-resort guests, but if they do, it would be well worth the visit. Very highly rated. Go early to enjoy the grounds. It's beautiful!
Also, try Regas in Knoxville.
Both are pretty high-end, but Blackberry Farm is a bit more casual (jackets, but ties optional). If you can fit a "nice" place into your itinerary, I'd recommend both, with Blackberry being my favorite.

Vic & Bill's deli near the UT campus (I think there's a less delicious location off campus somewhere) if you're in Knoxville. Best sandwiches anywhere!

The Peddler in Gatlinburg- get a table by the windows to overlook the river, great salad bar and steaks
No Way Jose's is pretty good mexican in G'burg also.
Miss Lilly's in Townsend is really good.
And you ~must~ stop by The Coffeehouse also in Townsend.
