I have never made this but I am bringing the first course to dinner at a friend's house and wanted something different but with traditional flavors. I settled on something orange ... so I looked for something to do with sweet potatoes that wasn't pie or casserole.

I didn't come up with this recipe but it's something we had at our early Thanksgiving and everyone loved it.
