Shhh.....Don't tell...I've used MSG

I'll admit I have been known to use a bit of MSG when making a soup, sauce or dressing.

From what I've read about MSG, its got a bad stigma attached to it that is undeserving...

Do you have it in your pantry? If not? Why not? If so, what do you use it in?
