Ronco rotisserie??
Does anyone have a Ronco rotisserie? I am usually very skeptical of infomercial kinds of things but have heard good things about this. Any comments?

I have one. It does work well, however it gets so hot that I'm afraid I'll catch the house on fire so I only use it on the patio. Does a great job though on roasts and whole birds. I've had less success using the basket which is for smaller or less-round shaped things like steaks or filets.

Yeah, unlike the pocket fisherman or the veg-o-matic, The Showtime rotisserie works. Heat lamp + electric motor = surprisingly good stuff. The basket can be a pain. I do burgers in them and sometimes they'll slide around , scorching the sides.
