Anna Pump Cookbooks- What happened there?

I have been trying for almost 2 years to get some Anna Pump cookbooks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Pump They are like spliters from the true cross, hard to find and amazingly expensive. Loaves and Fishes is a book I have to have.
